Wayne Splettstoeszer
Wayne Splettstoeszer is the Director of Instrumental Music and Music Technology at Torrington High School in Torrington, Connecticut. With a forward-thinking approach to music education, Wayne has built dynamic programs that blend traditional instruction with cutting-edge music production, podcasting, and digital media.

Under his leadership, Torrington's music programs have gained recognition for their innovation, student engagement, and real-world application of technology in the arts. Wayne is also a sought-after clinician and presenter, sharing ideas on remixing, sampling, podcasting, cross-curricular collaboration, and the integration of platforms like Soundtrap, Canva, and Korg Nano Series controllers into the classroom.
