Name the track
Click under "Name" on the track you want to record.
Enter track name in the window.
Click OK. |

Assign a MIDI Channel.
Click under Chnl on the track you want.
Once the Port and Channel Select window appears select a MIDI
Channel.
Stay on the A line. |

Click under Program Name and the
Choose Instrument window appears.
Click on a sound and then click OK. |

Record enable the track.
Click R on the track you want to record
Click record on the transport window. |
