Torrington High School Marching Band "The Pride of Torrington" 2010 National Independence Day Parade Connecticut Representative   The Torrington High School Marching Band "The Pride of Torrington" has been selected to represent the State of Connecticut in the 2010 National Independence Day Parade in Washington, D.C. This will mark the second time that Torrington High School will be representing the State of Connecticut in a National Parade. Performing for over 250,000 specators in the largest 4th of July celebration in the United States is something everyone in the Torrington High School Band is extremely proud of.
